Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your nūda order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • With tags attached

To start a return, simply email us at support@trynuda.com and we'll guide you through the process.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Reach out to us at support@trynuda.com and we'll do our best to make it easy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we may not be able to accept returns on certain personal care items. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
